Product Description

By adjusting the blade of the machine, the seed cotton in a variety of cotton peaches (including those that are not fully mature or have different moisture content) can be completely separated, and the seed cotton after separation will not be broken up and basically remain intact. Therefore, it has the characteristics of good working stability and thorough separation. In addition, due to the use of fewer parts, and eliminate the complex cotton shell separation transmission mechanism, so easy to use, not easy to fail, especially suitable for ordinary cotton farmers.
 

 

Vertical picker The picker is composed of two pairs of vertical pickers. Each picker is evenly arranged with 12 or 15 vertical pickers in a circle. There are 3 ~ 4 longitudinal grooves on the ingot surface. The edge of the groove is carved with spiny teeth. During operation, the spindle is rotated with the cotton picker and is driven by the triangle tape at the speed of 1250 ~ 1465 RPM. When the cotton plant enters between the pair of pickers, the spines on the picker hook the cotton fiber and cause it to wrap around the picker. Then the ingot is turned to the decotton device, which is reversed by the inner triangle tape transmission action to loosen the wrapped cotton. Under the brush roller, the cotton is passed into the cotton box through the cotton delivery tube.
