The basic principle of the machine is that the fluid or semi-fluid material through the high-speed relative connection between the fixed teeth and moving teeth, so that the material is subjected to strong shear force, friction force and high-frequency vibration, effectively crushed, emulsified, homogenized, warm, so as to obtain satisfactory fine processing products.  
The machine is composed of three parts: grinding head parts, base transmission parts and motor.  The parts CONTACTING WITH THE material ARE ALL made of high quality stainless steel, and the dynamic and static grinding pieces are the key parts of the machine. According to the different properties of the processed materials, the tooth shape of the grinding pieces is different, but the material is made of stainless tool steel.  The motor is specially designed according to the needs of the colloid mill, and the water retaining disc is installed on the end cover of the motor flange to prevent leakage.
